Training Topics: Spiritual Leadership
It takes much training to learn how to build a physical house from the foundation up. Even so, it takes much training to learn how to build “God’s household” – a house church – from the foundation up. We believe EVERY “born again” man, by the power of the Holy Spirit living in them, definitely has the capability, if they have the desire, to grow up spiritually and thereby become a spiritual leader, a elder/pastor, of “God’s household” – God’s house church.
We’re committed to training:
“Every man to be mature in Christ” becoming a leader in “God’s Household.”
(Col. 1:28; I Tim 3: 15)
First:
Training men how to be spiritual leaders in their “own household” (1Tim. 3:5).
Second:
Training men to be “fishers of men” (Matt. 4:19; 2Tim. 4:5).
Third:
Training men in God’s 14 character areas (1Tim. 1-7; Titus 1:5-9) until they are “faithful” (2Tim. 2:2) and “mature in Christ” (Col. 1:28) in all 14 areas. This qualifies them to be appointed along side the other city pastors i.e. “overseer/elders” (1Tim. 3:1; Titus 1:5).
Fourth:
Training men to become qualified New Testament apostles (in Latin – missionaries) to join an apostolic team and “Go and make disciples of all nations” (Matt. 28:19).
